Emeka is the CEO and Legal Advisor for De Paradox Link Ltd

Emeka assumed his role as the CEO for DPL in 2019 coupling it with the management of Tonia Foundation. He is also the district representative and program cordinator for the United Nations Youth Ghana.

Emeka is an accomplished business executive with years of experience in leadership and experienced with marketing and communication, and business management strategies. He is an experienced leader with the ability to establish and maintain strong alliances that motivate teamwork hereby driving projects to successful completion and achieving overall success.

Emeka holds a BSc from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Masters from the Australian Institute of Business. Primary values include business concepts generation, development of talents, commitment and drive for excellence and creativity.


Karen Anani-deh is the director of marketing and corporate communications for De Paradox Link LTD; In that capacity, she manages DPL Communications with stakeholders; external client and media relations.

Karen joined DPL in 2019 after working for SSM Africa as a Clients Account Executive.

She holds BA in Marketing from Valley View University. Karen is known for her excellent communications and client management abilities.


Lauren Boafo-Mensah is the Head of Operations and Human Resources for DPL.

Lauren has previously served as a Research Data analyst at Walsbridge Market Research and Training. She has also worked as a brand ambassador for Sai Wine Ltd.

Lauren holds a BA of Political Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She worked at the Parliament House of Ghana where she gained experience in corporate social responsibility as a project manager.

Lauren is noted for her excellent people management skills.
